Series SF-100-01 / Full Cu Direct Flow Absorber

The Savosolar fl at plate collectors of the series SF-100-01 are characterized by a direct fl ow Cu absorber. The absorber is coated with our own MEMO Coating. 

The coating consists of 3 thin nanolayers based on Si, Al, Ti. These layers are deposited by plasma processes in vacuum environment. The combinati on of the nanolayers forms a selecti ve absorber coating. The absorber is insulated with a 50 mm thick mineral wool layer.

A 3.2 mm structured and tempered solar glass is glued (high temperature resistant glue) on an anodized Al frame.

Due to an adjustable venting system the collector assembly is flexible (0 to 90 degrees) as a rooftop or free standing model. The quality of the entire collector build is tested according to EN 12975 (Solar Keymark pending).
