Savo-Solar Oy  is a Finnish company producing innovative and highly efficient solar thermal collectors and absorbers for OEM partners and collector manufacturers everywhere in the world first target markets being in Central-Europe. The Savosolar Al-MPE direct flow Absorber was recognized with the Intersolar Award at Intersolar 2011 in thermal solar technology.  Company has started the commercial deliveries of the collectors and is expecting rapid growth of its business. The company is owned by Clean Future Fund, Sitra and key employees and has its headquarters in Mikkeli in a recent over 3000 m² factory building. The company uses latest manufacturing technologies in its processes and is certified  ISO 9000 .
